Foothills Counselling Psychology’s main office is located in Turner Valley, centrally situated within the Foothills County making it accessible to residents of Turner Valley, Black Diamond, Okotoks, High River, Longview, Millarville, Bragg Creek, Priddis, and surrounding areas. Foothills Counselling Psychology has a second office 15 minutes south of Bragg Creek, as well as an office in Calgary.

My name is Katerina Renny and I am a Registered Psychologist providing counselling psychology services in the Foothills area and Calgary. I implement evidence based psychotherapies: primarily Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma; as well as offer couples counselling and utilize existential psychotherapy approaches.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, impulsive behaviours, the effects of trauma, traumatic invalidation, addiction, grief and loss, current stressors, Borderline Personality Disorder, wanting to find meaning, or looking to build and maintain meaningful relationships, I am here to help.
